  • Is custom development required to connect my data?

    Entwined's digital signage solutions include a wide variety of data connectors as standard. 

    Connect to RSS/XML/JSON feeds, Excel spreadsheets, Power BI reports, Google sheets and more. 

    In the rare event that your systems are not able to use one of the default connectors, Entwined's Product Development team can develop custom solutions if required. 

  • How is my data protected?

    Entwined is ISO27001 accredited and our content management system, Navori, is SOC2 compliant, ensuring that your data is protected by industry-leading systems and processes. 

    Our on-premise server is hosted in our Microsoft Azure environment right here in Australia. 

  • How often is my data updated in the system?

    Data ingestion updates are customised for each Entwined customer to align to business processes and objectives. 

    Data refresh intervals can range from seconds to days, depending on mutually agreed rules. 

    Once a refresh is completed, on-screen content updates within a matter of minutes to ensure maximum accuracy.
