Entwined CON 2022 - Stepping Into The Spotlight

The Entwined team have just come off our first conference in three years. Other than literally getting rained on, it probably couldn't have gone better. Entwined CON 2022 gave us the opportunity to induct our newbies and get everyone aligned on our company values and goals. We also took the opportunity to update the team on our plans for the future.

 

‍Stepping into the Spotlight

Our theme this year was all about stepping into the spotlight. As Entwined really starts coming into her own as a digital signage expert. The management team have invested a lot of hard work into the company before the pandemic threw the world off course. This has allowed us to see some incredible growth in the past year as a result.

As a consequence, we’ve started to become a more recognised name in the digital signage industry. We may even venture to say that we’re one of the most trusted at this point. To support all the exciting new projects we've worked on this year, we've had to onboard a sizeable number of talented individuals. So, we left for the conference with a secondary aim - getting everyone re-aligned with what we truly value as a company. This also allows us to set our sights on a collective north star:

Realigning Our Values and Goals

‍We don't believe in plastering our values all over the walls in the office. But we like to believe that it forms the cornerstone of how we carry ourselves in all our interactions and projects. These values were a huge part of the conference too and could be seen in play in every part of Entwined CON, from our Team Leaders' presentations to our time at the bar.

It was especially inspiring to see how our leaders were empowering their team to deliver results above and beyond our client's expectations. We're also starting to see how each team is starting to really own and drive their part of the Entwined process. While at the same time working together to bring your digital signage solutions to life.

Strengthening Our Processes With Technology

‍Entwined may have been viewed as just a digital signage agency until now. But as we leverage our technological capabilities, we're really starting to grow as a digital signage technology agency. A major premise of this year's Entwined CON was that we're relying more on technology. Not only to create novel solutions to pain points but to also make our current solutions better and more efficient. 

For example, we’ve developed and refined the MyEntwined Product Suite. These products are designed to support your digital signage network and eliminate the pain points you’ve told us about time and time again. They now cover almost everything you’d need to ensure your digital signage solution works seamlessly for any function.

Our Support Portal makes troubleshooting a breeze. It gives you an overview of all support requests lodged across your network, and their statuses, 24/7. Failover lets you load fail-safe content to your screens. This ensures that there are no interruptions to your digital signage network should issues arise. Dashboard complements both these solutions. With it, you'll be able to view the health of your network, and the status of all your endpoints. Anywhere you are and on any device. 

The latest addition to our product suite brings everything home by letting you take charge of your digital displays. Studio is an intuitive, easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS). It brings you the functionality of a best-in-class CMS without the often times complicated interface.

Our focus on leveraging technology doesn’t just end with the Entwined Product Suite. Each team is also applying technology to improve their day-to-day processes. Take the Support Team's latest initiative, Rescue Live Lens for example. It's going to have a big impact on client outcomes and the troubleshooting process. With your permission, This functionality allows our team to utilise a phone’s camera to see exactly what you do. When we're on the phone with you, this means better instruction and better diagnosis of problems. As a result, the chances of needing to wait for a Technician to visit your location and fix something you could have done yourself is reduced drastically. 

Reciprocating Partnerships and Recognising Contributions

‍It's no secret that we wouldn't have gotten to where we are without the support and trust of everyone who's taken a chance on us. Two of our biggest supporters have been LG and Google. Both of whom have been with us since the very start. This year, we invited Neal French and Chris Wilson to our Entwined CON to celebrate our partnerships and have some fun with the team. Without these guys, our journey would not have been the same. So we're thankful for your belief in us and we look forward to more projects together to come!  

Entwined CON also gave us the opportunity to highlight the contributions of our team. We gave out 5 long service awards for our team members who’ve helped build the company for years. It also allowed us to recognised the contributions of Nic Ashton, our Leroy Muir Employee of the Year award winner for his incredible work building the Entwined Product Suite.

Full Speed Ahead

‍While we’ve gone through phenomenal growth in the past year, we’re expecting to grow even more in the year to come. In all ways possible - our solution offerings, in terms of team sizes and our capabilities. This allows us to keep innovating to ensure that our partner’s solutions are always a step ahead of the curve.‍

‍The most anticipated move within the office has got to be the relocation of the Entwined Headquarters to our new site in the Rivermakers district. The new site gives our team room to grow and brings us closer to our clients. We’ve got some exciting things in our pipeline for the next year, so keep an eye out!
