GoGlub Coffee- was created to satisfy a need. The need for a quality coffee experience that delivers an overall appeal of flavours that linger and satisfy.
The coffee profile was created with this in mind; (please imagine a line graph)
1. The coffee must begin with a mid weight creamy caramel profile that is soft on the tip of the tongue and carries a hint of sweetness.
2. The flavour profile must then strengthen slowly to a semi-robust crescendo and encompass flavour spectrums including carob, dark chocolate, berries and have clean lifted aromatics to offer a lively refreshingly satisfying experience, then softening to a broad and rich satisfying flavour.
3. The profile must then begin to wain into mellow butteryness and slip into smooth freshly toasted nuts and simple sweetness with the appeal to taste again.
It took 6 months to perfect this profile. We tried over 30 origins of beans, and 10 different roasts to settle on this blend.
