Sparkling Cuvee'. A pristine style offering clean flavours, bright fresh citrus notes with a hint of peach and a mild complexity. A perfect aperitif.

2009 Sauvignon Blanc is a classic style offering a clean fresh palate with hints of gooseberry, citrus and pear creating a very enjoyable easy drinking style. On it's own or simply poured with lighter white meat dishes, this wine will be enjoyed by most.

2008 Chardonnay  Expressing refreshing fruit structure and some complexity through a little time in barrel. This wine is for the Chardonnay purist who enjoys Chardonnay with a little weight and length in the palate. Recently reviewed as "....ripe stone fruits dominate the palate along with some natural acidity and make for an ideally balanced wine". We hope to impress you also.

2008 Pinot Noir. A succulent offering of ripe cherries, savoury characters and an intricate structure that delivers a surprisingly long palate of concentrated flavours. With a hint (4%) of merlot to help round out the palate, we are sure your will find the Daylesford Wine Co. quality, taste and pleasure.

2008 Cabernets is a rich and savoury style. Comprising of deep berry fruits, ripe tannins and a rich mouthfeel with underlying spices and smooth finish. A premium wine.
